Refund policy
OVERVIEW
At TETT, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process.
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
SECTION 1 — RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- With all original packaging and tags
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
SECTION 2 — HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Include your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
SECTION 3 — RETURN SHIPPING
Spain
- Return shipping is free of charge
- A prepaid return label will be provided once your return is approved
International Orders
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit
SECTION 4 — DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
SECTION 5 — NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalised pieces
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons, if applicable)
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
If you’re unsure about your item, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
SECTION 6 — EXCHANGES
We do not process direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to:
- Return your original item
- Place a new order once your return is approved
SECTION 7 — REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
