OVERVIEW

This Shipping Policy outlines how orders placed with TETT are processed, shipped, and delivered.

All orders are handled with care and shipped either from Spain or from one of our international production partners, depending on product availability and stock levels.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


SECTION 1 — SHIPPING ORIGIN & DELIVERY TIMES

To ensure efficient fulfillment, orders may be shipped from different locations depending on availability:

1.1 Shipping from Spain 

  • Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days
  • Carrier: Correos or local courier

1.2 International Fulfilment (Outside Spain) 

  • Estimated delivery: 15–20 business days
  • Carrier: DHL or international logistics partners

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been processed and dispatched.


SECTION 2 — ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding Spanish public holidays)
  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


SECTION 3 — SHIPPING FEES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Package size and weight
  • Selected shipping method

Any active promotions (such as free shipping) will be applied automatically at checkout.


SECTION 4 — ORDER TRACKING

All orders include tracking.

You will receive your tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


SECTION 5 — CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

For international orders:

  • Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country
  • These charges are not included in your order total
  • Any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer

Customs processing may occasionally cause delays beyond estimated delivery times.


SECTION 6 — LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

6.1 Lost or Missing Packages

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you in locating your shipment.

6.2 Marked as Delivered

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. TETT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

6.3 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


SECTION 7 — INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

TETT is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Missing information

Orders cannot be modified once shipped.


SECTION 8 — SHIPPING AVAILABILITY

We ship worldwide. If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout.


SECTION 9 — PRE-ORDERS & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

If applicable:

  • Pre-order or made-to-order items will include specific processing times on the product page
  • Orders containing multiple items may ship together once all items are ready
